AML Solution provides ThaiPEPs (Thai Politically Exposed Persons) database, which is a database of persons with Thai political status and ThaiPEPs Plus, which is supplemented with a database of high-risk persons in accordance with the Ministerial Regulation on Customer Due Diligence B.E. 2563 (2020), supporting the standards of the law on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism and Proliferation of Weapon of Mass Destruction Financing.

          AML Solution has created an outstanding database that focuses on information for the purpose of examining and managing human risks in terms of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism and Proliferation of Weapon of Mass Destruction Financing, namely the database of names of persons with Thai political status, or ThaiPEPs (Thai Politically Exposed Persons), ranging from personnel performing high-ranking duties in the executive, legislative, and judicial offices, personnel in the central government administration, down to government personnel at the local level.

          This includes the database of high-risk individuals in accordance with the Ministerial Regulation on Customer Fact-Finding, B.E. 2563 (2020), in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism and Proliferation of Weapon of Mass Destruction Financing.
